Yep. The former governor owns a string of Pilot truck stops/travel centers across the state servicing the transportation industry and private individuals up and down the interstate. Venezuela is where he got his gasoline and diesel. I don't know where he gets his supply now. I haven't been in one of his businesses since before he was elected. He's a hellova businessman though. While in office, he pushed a diesel tax through, on a per-gallon basis collected at time of sale, paid to the state every 6 month. Nice income stream of 6 month money for a big operator, state line to state line. I personally thought him a communist supporter and a political graff scoundrel, pushing that through to his benefit, while in office to last in perpetuity.
