"The courts have all of a sudden, out of nowhere, they said, maybe you have to have trials"

They weren't with Obama and Biden. Why now?
Immaterial although true. The courts will get you straight.

Under both the Obama and Biden administrations, many immigrants faced deportation without due process hearings.

During Obama's presidency, a significant number of deportations were carried out through expedited removal processes, where immigrants did not have the opportunity to appear before an immigration judge

In fact, around three-quarters of people deported in 2012 did not receive a hearing

Similarly, under Biden, the use of expedited removal did continued, meaning many immigrants were deported without a formal hearing

This practice has been a point of contention among immigration advocates who argue that it undermines the fundamental values of due process and fairness

The lower courts will be overturned. No due process is needed to deport. They aren't be charged with anything, they are simply being removed.

And it would weigh our courts down to less than a crawl. We are entitled to a speedy trial too, but some wait for years behind bars before the process get to them.
Explain to me why this is all of a sudden an issue when it is merely a nonissue when other presidents did it. Why did Obama get an exemption. Bush got an exemption. Biden exempt,
Why Trump, why now?
TDS is why

That will be up to the courts.
Again, the recent presidents followed the law. It is only now, with Trump, that the left is up in arms.

If this was a real problem, it would have been dealt with years ago by groups like the ACLU.

If they fought it in the past, it is apparent they lost. If they didn't fight it in the past, its because they either knew they couldn't win, or backed the illegal deportation because it was a Democratic president doing it.

There really are no good choices for you to use to explain why you believe what you do.

what is a due process hearing? has any of these "immigration advocates" got the Clinton Immigration reform bill that gave us expedited removal overturned? If not, then it's still good law.

That's your mere opinion. This will be up to the Courts.

Can you identify one person that Obama condemned to a notorious foreign prison for life without any kind of hearing, no evidence of any crime in any country, or even the chance to question what a happening to them? Can you point out all those perfectly innocent people who were swept up through an admitted mistake but till remain in that hell hole with no rout to freedom?
Can you? 5 million and I bet you don't even know where one of them went and did not give a shit where they went. Show me your posts of umbrage when Obama the deporter simply made those people disappear. Have you kept track of all the children in Obama cages? Where are they? And did they attend any of Obama's pizza parties?
