Under both the Obama and Biden administrations, many immigrants faced deportation without due process hearings.
During Obama's presidency, a significant number of deportations were carried out through expedited removal processes, where immigrants did not have the opportunity to appear before an immigration judge
In fact, around three-quarters of people deported in 2012 did not receive a hearing
Similarly, under Biden, the use of expedited removal did continued, meaning many immigrants were deported without a formal hearing
This practice has been a point of contention among immigration advocates who argue that it undermines the fundamental values of due process and fairness
The lower courts will be overturned. No due process is needed to deport. They aren't be charged with anything, they are simply being removed.

Again, the recent presidents followed the law. It is only now, with Trump, that the left is up in arms.
If this was a real problem, it would have been dealt with years ago by groups like the ACLU.
If they fought it in the past, it is apparent they lost. If they didn't fight it in the past, its because they either knew they couldn't win, or backed the illegal deportation because it was a Democratic president doing it.
There really are no good choices for you to use to explain why you believe what you do.

Judges dont get to decipher and decide. They must enforce current law and not impose their current feelings. 1-2% are rogue and imposing their wishes which higher courts are rapidly overturning

what is a due process hearing? has any of these "immigration advocates" got the Clinton Immigration reform bill that gave us expedited removal overturned? If not, then it's still good law.
