The overall cost is probably the same (for the same time period) and seeing's how we support NATO with boatloads of cash we are probably about the same amount. But that would be like, you know, honest and all that shit.

Iraqi officials say President Saddam Hussein has won 100% backing in a referendum on whether he should rule for another seven years.

If you consider the old Cold War cost in the last forty years of the US's responsibility for NATO you could say we got a raw deal when we spent a Hundred Billion dollars to take out one middle aged tyrant.
