Breedlove, Hodges and many other senior officers see perfectly clearly what needs to be done for Ukraine to win. I like those terms. 
and Yes. Seems to me there should be more explicit emphasis that US/EU support for Ukraine is a national- internal security issue, not a “foreign aid” issue.
