Agreed, not there so we really do not know. I have raised a lot of dog, training them to take command, never seeing a puppy we lost control of. Some people are just lousy with animals. I suspect she may be among them, along with the Bidens, who's dogs have sent multiple government employee to the ER. I am surprised one of those guys didn't shoot one of Joe's dogs. I doubt I would have had the self-control, not to.
