He was convicted in 2010 not 2007 as tweet says. Then re-tried in 2014/15, and acquitted!
The police were sued for holding back evidence....the two cops who had done it, had already retired before his suit....the prosecutors were not sued for any wrongful doings, they were mislead just like the defense team was, by the cops that withheld and manipulated evidence....

Will Not Work Out Well for Democrats
The Democratic Party ruling class's bloodless coup of their own democratically elected presidential nominee, who also happens to be the nominal sitting president of the United States, is one of the most astonishing political developments of my lifetime. Joe Biden, though clearly physically and mentally impaired, has sought the presidency for quite literally longer than I have been alive. Biden had been defiant ever since the June 27 presidential debate debacle that he was not going anywhere, despite overwhelming pressure from party elites and sycophantic media lapdogs demanding he do precisely that. He has a Lady Macbeth-like wife who craves power and a felonious son in desperate need of a presidential pardon.
Yet the coup succeeded. Biden became the first incumbent president to not seek reelection after his first term since Lyndon B. Johnson in 1968. Biden made the much-anticipated announcement not with a solemn Oval Office address -- that came three days later, and he didn't even explain his decision. Instead, he issued a bedridden tweet -- from a personal, not even official, account. It's the equivalent of divorcing your wife over text messages. As if that weren't crazy enough, the announcement came smack in the middle of a five-day period in which Biden was not publicly seen and during which he apparently experienced an unspecified medical emergency. Suspicious much?
The Democrats' decision to coup their own president is a curious one on political merits.
Hold aside the galling hypocrisy of the purported party of "democracy" trying to remove former President Donald Trump from the ballot under an outlandish constitutional theory while simultaneously attempting to bankrupt, prosecute, and incarcerate him on equally spurious grounds. Hold aside the self-proclaimed party of "democracy" feigning ignorance over how its overheated rhetoric laid the seeds for their political opponent's recent near-assassination and it's continuing to depict that opponent as an existential threat to the American constitutional order. And hold aside that purportedly "democratic" party deposing its own presumptive elected nominee -- a stark reversal from its presidential primary, when party poobahs worked hard to shut out all viable competition. Somewhere in Minnesota, Dean Phillips would like a word.

But in addition to the gross hypocrisy of their coup that has dealt yet another fatal blow to their specious claim to "defend democracy," Democrats have also set themselves up for political failure. They would have been better off trying to limp across the finish line with their grievously wounded incumbent of a nominee rather than changing horses mid-race.
The 14 million people who voted for Biden in the Democratic primaries ought to be livid. Rust Belt voters ought to be bemused. But Trump and running mate J.D. Vance ought to be ecstatic.
Commentary:
It won't work out well for Kamala or the Semocrat Neo-Marxists supporting her. First off, it is not complete, Joe's still in the White House. If nothing else, when they realize they need Harris as president for the stature, he'll be wheeled out and shipped to Delaware.
Second, Democrats are developing a bad reputation for cheating and rigging elections--cheating Sanders, Brazille as DNC head cheating in the debates, sidelining RFK Jr, and now coronating Harris without a single vote. It is a party of the bosses and not the people.
Clearly, Democratic Primary voters are livid and most of the 14 million will stay home or Vote for Trump-Vance.
I have to chuckle at her as Kamala looks and sounds so often like she’s trying to pick up a "John"....or prances around like a high school cheer leader.
It's amazing how much Republicans think of democracy when they think they can get something out of it, and how little they care when they don't think they can get anything out of it.

That's a 4.5 point swing in 7 weeks. With Harris leading Trump by 1.5 points in the aggregate polling. Democrat candidate satisfaction in key swing states has skyrocketed, up almost 25%. Double Hater voters are breaking to Harris. Black support is up for Harris. Hispanic support is up for Harris.
And there was no 'coup' to speak of.
So far, its worked out pretty well.

They are trying to create an equivalency between their attempt to overthrow a lawful election on January 6th, 2021, including calls to murder Mike Pence and the brutal assault of 143 officers.......with Biden dropping out of the election and endorsing Kamala Harris.
They tried blaming all of J6 on some guy named Ray in Arizona. It didn't take. So this is plan B.

Trump was found, by a jury of his peers, to be liable for battery based solely on E. Jean Carroll's testimony in a ridiculous, but lucrative for Carroll, fake lawsuit. Trump was NOT found guilty rape. Stop spreading lies. Shit like this is why you and your TDSers are a danger to this country, IMO.
