your link just says that the report came after the one concerning the village a few miles away when 50 were massacred. The inhabitants fled their homes ( sunni cowards ) rather than stay and fight for their lives

This small coastal village is surrounded by alawites armed sect, they do ethnic cleansing of civilians, it's better to leave and join big cities like Idlib or Homs and fight the regime's terrorists in those cities.
