I took 4 bad tenants to court over the time I owned my building, 3 white guys, and 1 black woman. None were Section 8 tenants as I didn't sign up for it.

All the white tenants initially paid their rent but fell behind to the point where I had to evict them (one was a friend of mine). The black women were not able to qualify financially at all.

I was blindsided in renting to the young black mother. I initially rented to young black man who had a good job and good rental history. He then brought the woman in as a 'roommate'. He then packed up and left leaving her to pay all the rent, which she was unable to do. I had no choice but to evict her. I think he was trying to help her find housing and had no intention of staying once he brought her in.

What's the difference in 2023 between racism by whites verses the racism of diversity?

Answer: One is up to the individual, whereas the other is systemic and supported by our government and institutions.

You can fall in line or you can became an outcast in society and possibly lose your job or get kicked out of school if you refuse to hate whites.

Diversity and equity is just a fancy way to describe hatred of whites and favoring "people of color".

In order to be cool you have to learn to hate white people and everything they stand for. This is precisely why college students all over the country felt they were justified in protesting in favor or Hamas instead of condemning them for their horrific acts against Jews.
