The Biggest Takeaway from Biden’s Hail Mary Press Conference

What struck me most about the presidential news conference is this: Usually, the White House gaggle clamors for attention and the president looks at one and calls him or her by name. He knows them and talks to them as someone who knows them.

Tonight, he had a list of names, would call one out, and then stare around the room to see who would respond. That tells us he has been hidden away from the news media for a very long time. He doesn’t even know who they are. That’s raises the question: Why would the president be hidden from the media?

Historically the press has been given the questions to be ask Joe. And Joe has been photographed with the cheat sheet answers. I don’t know for sure yet if that happened last night YET, but I bet it did.

On top of that, Joe used a teleprompter. For a press conference. Which tells me there were preprogrammed answers for Joe.

All I can say is I pray Joe stays in the race.

Brandon did not help himself. His Vice President Trump being the first black woman VP. LOL.
 
My takeaway is: he didn't bomb like he did the debate, but he didn't do enough to redeem himself either. So, he stays in, because his team can say "WIN! He didn't bomb!". But the opinions on his age and fitness for office have not changed.

IMO this is best-case scenario for conservatives. He will continue to decline, and maybe fast, since they will trot him out more often. But he will secure the nomination.

I am frankly worried that their going to put him in an early grave by running him into the ground to prove how healthy he is.
 
The idea was to convince people he was bright and able.
The only thing it did was convince the few that were wondering if jet lag and or a cold were really part of his bad debate profrom was true. He managed to prove that he is indeed in decline so those that were on the fence about giving him the benefit of a doubt due to those supposed factors are now sure neither were responsible for his bad debate preformance.

One thing I'll say about last night's press conference. No one has ever heard, or will ever hear, Trump speak with the in depth level of knowledge Biden has when he answered the question on China. Because Don is more interested in his next social media post he's going to write than he is in paying attention to his intel briefings.

Makes you wonder the criteria for being on the list. I see Peter Doocey wasn't on the list. I hope he wasn't holding his breath waiting to be called. I also have to wonder about the fact that Biden spoke first using a teleprompter. Who's to say they couldn't be sending Biden messages through the teleprompter during the "unscripted" press conference? One thing I learned from the press conference that I hadn't know is that Trump was Biden's VP.

This myth that Joe is the God of foreign policy is a total scam. That's the phony shell they try to paint, but a review of his record shows Biden is just as stupid when it comes to foreign policy as he is with everything else.
