Garbage. Mid terms mean nothing when comparing to Presidential Election years. Obama got killed in both his mid term elections where Republicans won majorities in both the House and Senate. Turn out is generally much lower in mid term elections and the opposite party almost always makes gains.

Obama, of course, was not at the top of the ticket in those mid terms.

Trump will be at the top of the ticket and turnout will be much higher than the mid term. But hey, if you want to lie to yourself to feel better knock yourself out.
