Of course not. But I would have gotten the pandemic team to work with each state to work out what they needed to actually put shots into peoples arms. Whether it was additional medical personal, cutting through red tape, additional supplies, or even just being informed about how many doses they would get 30 days in advance, so they could plan how many people could be vaccinated, and prioritize the delivery.

Trump did none of that.
