Any Federal crimes will magically cease to be prosecuted, so no sweat.
Any state crimes/convictions, cannot be pardoned by a President, as they have no authority over the state trial courts, only Federal trial courts, so you can forget document crimes at Mara Lago, as well as any Fed crimes in Georgia or Washington, DC for J6.

New York probably needs to figure a way, to suspend fines and forget punishment on the 34 state criminal felony convictions. I figure Trump can definitely affect federal money coming into that state, for whatever reason. I expect NY will have to go along, to get along.

SPOT ON, not that I'd ever expect it. His cases are moot anyway, Mike, the two in Georgia and NY are in abeyance with Trump likely to just get an obligatory fine for the one. The two federal cases in Florida and DC, Trump will be firing the prosecutors. Trump will petition the two federal case judges to dismiss the cases.

I don't think we will see significant sentencing delayed in New York for 4 years. It won't hang over his head like the sword of Damocles for the next 4 years or afterwards. It would be very bad for business in New York, so won't happen, and affecting Fed money flowing into NY if I were in the President Elect's shoes. Who knows? It is not unlikely pressure being applied behind the scenes to the Governor of New York to magnanimously pardon.
