Monthly update: People Trump has re-Jailed after Biden’s “Autopen” pardons

I encourage you to hold your breath while you worry about this meaningless “issue.”
One day, Biden was releasing criminals from jail without even knowing he was doing so,.

The next day that “wasn’t a big deal” Just in time to save Trump for the embarrassment of issuing a fake executive order. By the way, this guy inadvertently accused Trump of issuing an executive order over a “non-issue.”

The truth of the matter eludes a simpleton propagandist like you.

If Potato wasn’t even aware of the fact that he was pardoning anyone when some subordinate used his autopen, it is difficult to maintain that the autopen pardons are nonetheless valid.

And because of Potato’s diminished mental faculties, you could never prove that he was aware of many of those pardons.

Are you truly so ******* blindly loyal to liberoidalism that you maintain that a document signed by an autopen “on behalf of” a President who is demented (and who probably couldn’t even distinguish between those he did versus those he never did pardon) is nevertheless fully valid and not subject to any questioning or legal challenge?

Trump is a felon, a convicted sex offender, among lots of other crimes, can he self pardon? What a comedy the republicans have become, where and when does the dishonesty and stupidly stop.

Trump is a felon,
Until that conviction gets overturned on appeal. We all know it was bullshit.
convicted sex offender,
Flatly false. Words have actual meaning except to libturds.
among lots of other crimes,
Nonsense.
can he self pardon?
Why? Has he threatened to do so?
What a comedy the republicans have become,
If it wasn’t so tragic, the Dims would be much funnier given their history of being complete clowns.
where and when does the dishonesty and stupidly stop.

The moment you (and jerkoffs like you) stop posting.

Cool story - but out here in the real world there is not even TRYING to ignore Biden's pardon and/or actual proving these stories in a court of law. There is no serious questioning, no legal challenge.

It's been 9 months since original claims and you still have NOTHING but your usual reaching fantasies.

There are no serious claims like that, no matter before the courts, no pardoned cases reopened by DOJ. It's only Trump's empty words.

But hey that's more than enough for dupe cultists like you.
Of course it’s serious claim

...because...what?

Can you coherently address what you quote?
Yes you claimed it wasn’t serious…I think it’s very serious. If the president is senile, or for that matter anyone, they can’t make coherent decisions

This sort of the problem you all have after you ignored his own DOJ that said he was too senile to prosecute

As we saw with Joe, EO's can have consequences.

Worry about it. It’s such an important and interesting topic.

Dummy I'm not asking you for your fantasies. I'm asking for an OBJECTIVE REASON to take seriously claims that Biden wasn't aware of pardons with his name on them.

There is NOTHING except empty claims - no publicly known cases, no indictments, no litigation - nothing.

Everyone Biden pardoned is free and unburdened by any offcial proceedings that would put in question their pardon.

Welcome to the monthly thread tracking all the people Donald Trump has successfully thrown back in jail after claiming Joe Biden’s “autopen” pardons don’t count. Each month, I’ll update this list with new names as they’re rounded up and re-incarcerated.

As of this inaugural update, the list remains exactly as long as it was last month: zero. Still, transparency matters, so I’ll keep checking in monthly…just in case constitutional law suddenly starts working on vibes, tweets, or wishful thinking.
Who do you think should be re-jailed from Biden's autopen pardons?

I’m being objective…no need for name calling

He clearly was senile

Well, the burden of proof is on you. YOU started the thread with the claim. So, prove it....My guess is that the nullification of the Biden autopen pardons is tied up in court...And this is just more dishonesty from you to attack....
This moron thought it was in court, despite the fact that it didn’t make it to court at all.
It didn’t make it past the investigation level.

So you got away with it then…what are you bitching about?

Welcome to my update for the month of March. Here we will all contribute to the list. Who wants to start?

Key individuals sent back to prison or detained include:
  • Jonathan Braun (Nov 2025): A high-ranking marijuana trafficker who was granted clemency by Trump in January 2021 was sent back to prison for 27 months for violating the terms of his supervised release. Prosecutors accused him of assaulting his nanny and abusing his children.
  • Kilmar Abrego Garcia (March 2025): A Maryland man with protected legal status was mistakenly deported to a "supermax" prison in El Salvador (CECOT) as part of a crackdown on alleged gang members. After the Supreme Court ordered his return, he was brought back to the U.S. in June 2025 to face human smuggling charges.
  • Venezuelan Migrants (March 2025): Hundreds of Venezuelan men (and some Salvadorans) were sent to El Salvador's CECOT prison under the Alien Enemies Act, often without opportunities to challenge the claims that they were members of the Tren de Aragua gang.
  • Valeriy Kouznetsov (April 2023/March 2026): A man who previously threatened to kill Trump and breached the Trump International Hotel in 2020 was returned to prison for violating his supervised release by again making threats toward the President.

After the Supreme Court ordered his return, he was brought back to the U.S. in June 2025 to face human smuggling charges.

  • Released from Custody: Abrego Garcia was released from both criminal custody (August 2025) and subsequent immigration detention (December 2025) after federal judges ruled his re-detention was unlawful.
