Large cities = San Francisco-Redwood City, etc, CA
I'm sure there are a lot of things critics can say about this piece. To me, it seems quite comprehensive and seems to make a lot of sense. The SF rating bothers me as, even though there may be jobs, the cost-of-living is out of sight.
