I donate heavily to a woman's shelter up in town and organize teddy bear drives as well as for every row of garden I sow I sow another for food donations in summer.

Without going into a lot of detail I had just found out about this one woman who had just been accepted who had been seriously beaten, her children beaten and even their dog beaten.

So I was very raw when I saw your thread. That does not excuse my snipiness. Is that a word? Am I pulling a Palin here?


I was wrong. Your thread is well meant and I let my personal emotions at that moment get the best of me.
