CHALLENGE LOW IQ JOE to a public "qualifications" test, televised, live.... you both get the same questions, and the same amount of time to answer them, and the public watches....

In the NFL Draft prospects are given the Wonderlic Test, which is 50 questions multiple choice ABCD or E. Hence, if you could train a parrot to say C 50 times, the parrot would score a 10.... and every year there are great football prospects who score lower than a 10.... the great Frank Gore, for example, scored a 6.

What would Low IQ Joe score on the Wonderlic Test???
