Send it back to the state's for a review of the situation that was being claimed, and if the election was rigged then the state's would have to reconsider their positions upon the conclusion of their findings. No certification should have went forward in light of the huge controversy over the possibility of a rigged election. A full review was necessary, but the certification went forward regardless as if a push to hurry it through was the way to calm it all down, so the people lost their ability found in their "redress of grievances" over a huge matter of importance to them. This election proved that the people were dissatisfied big time in the results of the 2020 election. 4 year's proved them right, because Biden was a disaster.

The sentence means if the review finds fraud, then Trump is president and the people will be so happy. You keep leaving out the review part, and then the recertification would come after the review of the current certification that is being challenged for fraud.

Trump could not decide for the states. That’s why he set up the fake electors.

Wasn't up to the states to refuse the certification coming back to their state's, otherwise if fraud or corruption was suspected or found, and then ultimately investigated in a requested review.
