Are you saying the people who wrote the bible were from the tribe of Judah? How do you know that?
Further, not all sub-Saharan Africans have nearly Black skin. Many have different shades of brown ski and various physiognomies to boot. The Khoi San of Southern Africa, for instance, are golden brown. They have nappy, tightly curled beady hair and they look like Asians. The Masai o Kenya and Tanzania have been dubbed "caucasoid" by some western scholars who ought to know better. Their more aquiline features got over active European minds stimulated again. Those people are Black Africans
you have said nothing at all. In fact your post is mendacious in that it IMPLIES that I have obsessed over SKIN COLOR in the same way that highly neurotic "black nationalists" like you ----do. I have stated over and over and over again on these boards that "RACE" is a myth in the human species and skin color is a useless indicator of "different kinds of homo sapiens" Unlike you---I am not an idiot. All people should know better than to make an issue of the shade of a group of people's skin. But black nationalists do it ALL THE TIME--obsessively
Oh, come off your moral high ground. America is obsessed with race and YOU are too. You didn't waste any time pointing out how much the Saudis would hate being called Black. You actually seemed to be gloating. And if you are peeved by a Black person raising awareness of Blacks and their place in history…don't respond..buzz off and let people interested in the subject communicate.
I commented on the FACT that Saudis-----and lots of arabs have a very negative view of "blacks"------I know that fact because I have interacted with muslims from many different
countries for the past 50 years. In fact muslims from southeast Asia exhibit a very marked disdain for dark colored
skin-----it is striking. Iranians despise just about anything not Iranian-------including dark colored skin.
Pardon me but I can't take your word for any of this. You are too tainted by bigotry and racism your self to be credible. Here is a story about an American Black woman living in Saudi Arabia. Among her biggest experiences with racism occurred when she met American expats or White people there. I thought of you when I fead this:
"My interactions with Saudi’s are limited to bureaucratic functions, shopping, and social events. But, I can still share my experience.
I can only think of one negative experience that I’ve had with a Saudi.
On the other hand, the incidents of micro aggressions by Americans is at an all-time high. Things that might not be said in the States for fear of repercussions that could lead to an altercation might be said to you here. For example, the [you know what] who when introduced to me as a fellow American, she looked me up and down and said, “Southern American” then rolled her eyes and turned her back. I was ready to tell her, “Thanks for the warning,” when I decided, “Terri, just walk away.” But, this is the kind of micro aggressive antics you may experience from some Americans. I don’t want to run down every incident, I am just giving an example.
Outside of Americans, I once had a South African guy tell me, “I don’t like black people, but I like you.” This man thought he was giving me a compliment. I told him, “I don’t view that as a compliment.” And, he tried to explain himself, but I left the conversation. And, though he was ignorant, he wasn’t being vicious or mean. That seems to be reserved for the Americans, to my disappointment. However, the thing they all have in common is that they’re Caucasian expats.
I have found living in Saudi Arabia to be an eye-opening experience in regards to so-called race relations. I have read numerous articles, blog post, etc., that discuss racism in Saudi and how negatively, Blacks, Africans, or dark skinned Arabs are treated. I think that individual circumstances determine how you’re treated. I think that black Americans have a different experience than Africans."
