The American political system is in danger!

The foundation of the stability of the US system is the Free Republic.

The mechanism is as follows:

When left-wing invaders come into federal government and try to deprive the American people of their freedom, local state government mechanisms are turned on to resist enslavement and restriction of rights.
This mechanism is also supported by the Declaration of the Rights of Independence.

In a left centralized regime, this is impossible: the arrival of enemy power in the federal government will mean complete control over the entire country.

But recently, there have been tendencies to strengthen the federals and circumvent constitutional rights. This is very dangerous for the United States.

The key is writing new laws that exclude any possibility of the SC striking them down. The Texas abortion law is the first example of this. Banning abortions, but not giving the state any authority to enforce it effectively deals the SC out of that hand. Leaving enforcement to individual citizens by giving them the right to sue anyone who breaks that law seems to be the perfect work around to high court interference. It would be silly to think such a unique tactic would only be used in the Texas abortion case after being shown to be so effective. That's why California, and I suspect other states too, will soon pass laws banning assault weapons, but not assigning state authority to enforce those laws. That will effectively prevent the SC from having any authority to intervene. Instead, they will give each citizen the right to sue those that make or sell assault weapons that will be defined however the state wants. Looks like things are going to get really interesting really quick now.

Get a clue. With rare exception, state and local governments dictates exactly what the federal government dictates. And rest assured the dictates are unconstitutional and Europhobic. Now that "leftists" have allowed an invasion of non-Europeans into Europe and the USA should we just openly admit ZOGs hates Whitey and their objective is to destroy all that Whitey has created (civilization, art, science and stuff)?

When I hear some right winger talking about the courts they always want the same thing, to be protected by the law but not bound to it while their designated victims are bound by the law but not protected.
