The American people pardoned Trump

Good way to look at it. Another good way to look at it is that the ultimate jury has found Donald Trump not guilty.

Nope, not even close, simple minded fascist democrat street trash may well believe such BS, but Americans are far more sophisticated, they know that fascist democrats/rino's use the color of law to levy political ruin and attacks upon their innocent opposition, an endeavor you obviously delight in! :fu:
You are wrong, yet again.

Not true at all. No court case ever said so. And of course, no loss as that.

Pardon is a presidential power. Unless the president specifically put conditions on the pardon, a pardon means a pardon and nothing else.
You are wrong, yet again.

He didn't and he doesn't require a pardon, he was and he is entirely innocent of every single thing the fascist machine farmed him for, the American people didn't pardon him at all, they celebrated his innocent tenacity and indomitable spirit with an absolute landslide election wipeout of the fascists and their room temperature IQ'd cretin!
absolutely correct,,,, the real enemy is within as well as their establishment voting base.

This is up in the air. Accepting a presidential pardon does not necessarily mean that the pardonee is admitting guilt. The U.S. Supreme Court case Burdick v. United States (1915) suggested that accepting a pardon implies a confession of guilt. However, this interpretation has been debated, and some legal scholars argue that a pardon can be granted for various reasons, including mercy or correcting a miscarriage of justice1. Therefore, while some may view accepting a pardon as an admission of guilt, it is not a definitive legal acknowledgment of wrongdoing3.

The American people Pardoned Donald Trump and gave him a mandate to also pardon everyone that took part in January 6th. He also was pardoned for any secret docs and of all wrong doing. The America people had this power and chose to grant him a pardon and a mandate to continue to govern the way we the American people want him to continue to govern. This is what the citizens wish and will get.

This is reality. You don't have to agree with it but it is what it is.
The people who voted for him didn't pardon him. They allowed him to be who he was. They didn't believe for a minute that he was guilty of anything a corrupt government/political party accused him of and used illegal lawfare, weaponization of government, media smears of rumors, gossip, innuendo to get the mean spirited and gullible to join them or approve of malicious prosecution.

The people who voted for him rejected that corruption and the agenda it was trying to sell them.

The most egregious pardon by a President was when Bill Clinton pardoned Marc Rich who was a fugitive hiding in Switzerland to avoid prosecution for $48 in taxes and 51 counts of tax fraud.
Marc Rich's wife was a close friend of Hillary Clinton and donated large sums of money before the pardon to the Clinton Library and Hillary's senate campaign.
Even top Democrats said Clinton's pardoning of Marc Rich was disgraceful.
