Congress can face civillian court or military tribunals if they were once an officer in the armed forces.

But during his four years I never once thought to myself before eating breakfast, "I wonder what laws he'll break today?" One of his misjudgments was not taking himself out of the running for re-election. The country is paying a high price for that mistake. You are confused. The vaccine hadn't even been issued yet when Biden took office. It was authorized in December 2020, AFTER the election. We had our vaccines in May 2021. My wife and I got COVID in August 2021, thank you! My wife caught it again in May of 2022. My wife and I had a second bout with it in 2024.

18 USC 912 makes it a crime to impersonate a Federal officer. When Biden's handlers took charge, they ultimately assumed his power, which is a violation of federal law.

18 USC 371 makes it a crime to knowingly conspire and defraud the United States. By knowingly misrepresenting Biden's state of health to the public in an attempt to have him elected again, so they could continue the ruse, they were committing a high form of fraud. One could argue that by this action they were also misleading the various arms of government into believing he was of sound mind and body, which is fraud, again.

18 USC 2385 makes it a crime to assume the powers of the president, IE subverting the Constitutional order, which these staffers and advisers did, similar to 18 USC 912. It also violated Article II and the Succession Clause of the 25th Amendment.

No, you cannot. A President's only punishment for being impeached and found guilty is removal from office and barring from running again if imposed. If they are out of office, neither can occur. We went through this with Trump's last impeachment. He was found innocent on February 2021, after he had already left office. Had he been found guilty, the worst thing they could have done was roll up the paper and stick him in the eye because you can't kick him out after he has already left!.
