I have answered it. You simply don't understand the basis of rights under the constitution. You assume that enumeration establishes constitutional protection of right. And without enumeration, there is no constitutional protection.

Which is why your demand that I 'show you in the constitution' where a right is protected is such a comically ignorant idea. The Constitution isn't an exhaustive list of rights.
