Everyone should have done what France did, nuclear can not only replace fossils in energy generarion but also do it while creating abundance and cheap energy at all times. Something other "renewables" with the exception of hydro in specific places will never manage to do without burning fuels as a backup, and at high prices while screwing everyone with energy scarcity.
