MSNBC won't be an echo chamber for the democrat talking points, i.e. it won't be a propaganda network.

I'd say Elon would have 3-hours of Joe Rogan, real unbiased news, and plenty of real debate programs between top talking heads, one-on-one like the old Crossfire show, or like the CNN panel discussions between several sides with a neutral moderator.
