A few people have that goal. The leadership of the Democratic Party is in active negotiation over some common sense reforms for ICE.

The Dems wanted to pass funding for TSA and FEMA while they finalized the details on those negotiations and ultimately pass a funding bill for ICE.

1. It protects the constitutional rights of Americans to prevent ICE from breaking down your door without a judicial warrant.

2. Every other law enforcement officer can be identified. It’s a lot easier for them to deprive us of our rights when they know they can’t be identified.

2. What rights are you personally deprived of by not being able to identify a particular agent as a natural born citizen?

2. Hundreds of Americans have had their civil liberties violated by unlawful arrests, unlawful use of force, unlawful detainments.

3. Judicial warrants are necessary to justify searches. That’s what the constitution says.

Naming every single one would be impossible. Judge recently found that ICE had unconstitutional policies, where they can harass and detain citizens just because they look foreign.

How do you obtain a state warrant for a federal order? Wouldn’t that mean that sanctuary states would have to work with ICE?

Federal warrants exist. Like the one Trump was served when they found he was hiding classified documents and obstructing justice.
