There's a global shortage of supplies and equipment, not just here in the US. I know you're an American and you probably think that because you're an American, you should be entitled to special privileges. But that's just not the way it works.

Now if President Trump could magically shit more masks and ventilators, he'd be the hero of the world. But you'd still find a reason to ***** about him, wouldn't you?
