Perry is about as smart as a bucket of sand. He said something to the effect that he didn't like the expansion of the Federal Gov't. Well, if Texas doesn't set up exchanges etc, the fed gov't can, by law, do it. So, maybe someone can explain to me how refusing to comply with the law effectively prevent the expansion of federal gov't power in his state.

The Federal govt cannot force any state to adopt Obamatax.

Hopefully Michigan will be one of them soon! Gov Snyder is against it, as is other reps...but of course the dems are all for it. So I'm really hoping something can be done here! So far Snyder has been able to do much of what he promised he would...right now the republicans outnumber the democrats (which is very out of the ordinary for Michigan!), so i think there's going to be a good chance!!!! I have been in medical industry for many years as well as my wife... decades between both of us, and we have never seen anyone denied healthcare.
I have done the rounds with doctors where most of the patients do not speak a lick of english... ask where they are from, and its always "somewhere south of the border"... yet there they are, getting healthcare from us evil Americans.


No one is denied healthcare.... and have not been for many many years now.
