Texas to arrest Sanctuary City Leaders, Police Chiefs, etc...

Enforcing A standing law is unconstitutional?

It is if you violate their fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh amendment rights in order sort the illegals from the people who have a right to be here and just have funny accents.

So that means I can rob a bank as long as I dont take all the money?

Wow, that was a weak analogy...

Here's the thing. A whole shitload of things are technically illegal, but since none of us want to live in a police state, the government doesn't enforce these laws and most of us quietly break them.

Unless you happen to be non-white, in which case you better mind your p's and q's, or some racist cop might shoot you for a traffic violation.

The problem is that we can't just arrest 12 million illegals, without invading the privacy of lot of people. And it would be kind of impractical anyway, because new illegals would just come in to replace them.

Again for the slow and stupid, the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution provides an INDIVIDUAL right to own possess and use firearms irregardless of ones status in or out of a militia. As stated by the US Supreme Court.

Then why did it take the SCOTUS 200 years to reach that conclusion?

again, we don't live in the world the Founders had. There's no good reason why a mentally ill individual such as yourself should have a gun.

Read the link I gave you. She's the one that approved of the raid.

Of the raid to take the compound 54 days after they killed the ATF Agents... (Again, good thing there wasn't a black kid playing with a toy in there!!!)

If he was gone five hours more than the rest of the people estimated they would have run out looking for him, and more arrests could have been made before they actually attacked the compound. If he did set the place afire (not confirmed that he did) that would likely not have happened without his order to do so. Just because he was the leader of a bunch of kooks doesn't mean they were all kooky enough to do what he did. More than likely, the rest of them would have surrendered to authorities peacefully.

That's a lot of fanciful thinking...

But let's try that. "Hey, that might just be a 12 year old playing with a toy. Maybe he'll get bored playing with that toy after a few hours and go home. No reason to send the police after him at all."

Oh, wait. Koresh was white.

While states like California are trying to find ways to defy President Trump by protecting criminal illegals, Texas is on the verge of passing legislation that would hold Mauors, police Ciefs, and other city officials accountable for enabling Sanctuary Cities.

If caught doing so, these coty officials could be SENT TO JAIL for breaking the law and aiding /abetting criminals.

GO, TEXAS! HUA!

"Texas would be the first in which police chiefs and sheriffs could be jailed for not helping enforce immigration law. They could also lose their jobs."

The source AP article says TX has no sanctuary cities, which is a lie. There are several unless they've changed very recently.

Houston, San Antonio, El Paso and a few others and including counties like Fort Bend are Sanctuary cities and counties.

Should be fun to watch the GOP sheriffs (about 200 of them) getting arrested by feds and state police.

You do know at the lower levels of government here in Texas we have a good amount of Democrat elected officials!?!

Many of the big city mayors here in Texas are Democrat, and sure they're not your type of socialist you want but still they are Democrat!

He didn't choose anything, hosebag. Those BATF clowns opened fire before they even opened the door.

You can't sue when you're dead because some BATF thug shot you.

You're ******* NAZI douche bag.

Tell us again how those children had to be incinerated because Koresh was molesting them. I'm still laughing about that, pig.

He had plenty of opportunity to surrender. He chose not to. His fault 100 per cent.

And you're a neocon loon who longs for the days of the wild west. You're a ******* moron. The children being 'incinerated' is down to Koresh. Nobody else. You wanna give a free pass to a loon with a God complex, go for it. Says a lot about you. None of it good.

The governmet could have waited it out and left the insane bastard on the compound until he popped his head up.

Government went too far like they did with Ruby Ridge.

My response is not excusing the false prophet but stating it could have been done differently...

Not 100%

He didn't stay there 24/7. He went to town, and that's when they could have made their move. They could have cuffed him on the street with only a few people noticing, and the others would have eventually given up with no kook telling them what to do.
Monday morning quarterbacking....

Not really.

It is what they should have done.

Have any of those officials been arrested yet?

Nope nor will they. This is like the old Blue Laws on the books that are there at the whim of the State Officials to enforce but never do...

I stopped at the amendments as those only apply to citizens, or should anyway. So all this time when a guy or gal from any company, collage or whatever over stays their visa or what ever, you are saying that the enforcement mechanism that would send them back is unconstitutional and has been way back when the law was written? That' sounds stupid and your statement likely gets ignored 10 to 50 times a day just before Paco Rodriguez gets his ass sent back to Tampico.

No, it doesn't. 10USC311 is federal law; be legal to it; don't complain, be Patriotic.
Look you dumbass moron the Supreme Court ruled that the second amendment is Personal Individual right not a collective right and the militia law does not change that retard.
Like I said; 10USC311, is also, federal law.

Tolerance Is Treason

Sanctuary cities are secure home bases for the Mexican Reconquest.

Yep, and that's not even close to a complete list. I think that will be changing very quickly, the legislature and Abbott aren't playing.

.

So Texas is arguing that anyone who refuses to enforce the law is aiding and abetting criminals and therefore should be arrested. too bad this was not a federal law - we could have had Barry arrested for doing the same thing. :p
