Teachers also have to conduct themselves in their private lives in an appropriate manner. Cheering on the killing of someone is not the kind of role models we want our teachers to be looked up to by our children. As such, they should be punished or terminated. They may have first amenment rights but they can have those first amendment rights minus their teaching credentials, just as other employers can also terminate their employees for straying way outside acceptable standards.
