Texas House Bans THC

itys all buds....i havent seen a seed in quite a while...
They might watch people during a tour. But go to a greenhouse and sneak a couple of cutting off there plants. Put them in root stimulator and start new plants. Using cuttings is better than growing from seeds.

Based on your comments, I think you need to go read the article in the link you posted.

It doesn't say what you seem to think it does.

It only bans 'hemp derived' THC.

We have both medical and recreational marijuana sales in Arizona, and we have the same kind of law banning hemp derived THC.
It bans "hemp derived" THC, yes.

But marijuana derived THC is already illegal in Texas. The Texas GOP considers this closing a loophole.

Currently, THC "shots" are available at liquor stores in Texas, because the THC in them purportedly comes from hemp. I'm sure they are selling other types of hemp derived THC in smoke shops. That's what the Texas House is trying to stop.

Not saying I agree with banning hemp derived, or any THC. I think it is asinine, to spend a penny enforcing such laws. It is completly hypocritical that those who pass it will likely celebrate with a Bourbon and a cigar.
