Texas bill would make identifying as transgender a felony punishable by jail

.

In some states.

You want to make babies that you plan on killing before they can be born, and your state says "You can't kill that baby here", MOVE. Or learn how to avoid making babies.

It's not so hard that even a left cultist can't do it.

And if you can't handle that much learning, get sterilized.

The regime forced the issue to the states and caused girls/women in those states to lose a long held right.

Right to an Abortion.
Show me in the Constitution where you have a right to an abortion? Or to have somebody else pay for it?

Nevertheless you have every right to an abortion in those states and cities that permit abortion. States and cities have every right to set their own policies for that and not allow what the majority consider to be murder or demand. Right or wrong,, every citizen is constitutionally entitled to his/her beliefs and convictions.

The federal government, President, Supreme Court, are all properly exercising each's constitutional right to not make policy that belongs with the people in their states and communities.

And if a state chooses to require people to put their gender at birth on official documents, that is certainly also their constitutional prerogative and takes away nobody's rights.

Did the Supreme Court justices put on the court from the regime not overturn Roe?

Knowing that certain states would take the right of Privacy away.

Explain your lying about the fact.

Supreme Court is just that: a court. Trump can nominate justices when there's a vacancy.
And that's it.
They vote how they vote.
They’re put on for their ideology. Are you denying that fact?

SCOTUS overturned Roe because the Constitution does not authorize the high court to regulate abortion. SCOTUS put the matter with the states where it had always been before ROE and where constitutionally it belonged.

You have zero evidence that their intention or the ruling were anything more than that.

Even if they did it for all the wrong reasons, the result was what it should be. Neither the high court nor any lower court is authorized to set policy for anything other than its own procedures.

Christian weakness poster.

What again are you trying to assert or deny?

They’re put on for their ideology. Are you denying that fact?
No.
But how many times has a judge's supposed ideology changed?
Eisenhower said appointing Earl Warren was the biggest mistake he ever made. He thought Warren would be conservative ... and ended up being liberal.
The same can be said for John Roberts. And Amy Coney Barrett.
Lifetime appointments can change an outlook.
So don't lecture me, okay?

There is a third concept at play though, i.e. Supreme Court justices are appointed because of their view of what is and is not the prerogative of the court to do.

The court is not authorized to make law. The court is authorized to interpret and make rulings on the letter and intent of the law when there is disagreement about that.

The right of the people to govern themselves on matters outside the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court is seen as a conservative point of view. But it is the right point of view based on the founding documents and the Constitution that was ratified into law by the people of the late Eighteenth Century, has been amended to correct injustices or for other reasons, and many SCOTUS rulings have been blessedly overturned, especially on those issues that the Court believes were wrongly adjudicated of which there were several.

I am pretty sure the Court would rule that whether people can Transgender or not is no business of any part of the Federal government except what IS included in the Federal government. For instance it is entirely proper for the President to insist that no federal employees be hired just because he or she transgendered and that the military won't accept transgendered or transgendering people because of the special health issues that go along with them.

SCOTUS might rule that the President or Secretary of Defense/War can make such a policy as being within their authority to do so. But I'm pretty sure SCOTUS will think all other issues on transgendering should be determined by state and local governments.
