The bill does not prohibit gays from adopting in any way.

The new law allows people of faith to help children find families without having to give up their faith by turning them over to same-sex couples.

I'm sure there are numerous "rainbow" organizations who are helping alphabet misfits adopt children and they will not be slowed in the slightest by the horrific Georgia case posted above.

There are likely many young women who are on the fence about making the difficult decision to give their child a better life by allowing a loving family to adopt him or her. They might be more likely to make a good decision if there are agencies run by Christians who will not turn their child over the child transgenderization movement.

Tennessee has become the latest state to assure continued taxpayer funding of faith-based foster care and adoption agencies even if those organizations exclude LGBTQ families and others based on religious beliefs.

How is that "discriminatory"? You think that every other foster care and adoption agency should get taxpayer funding EXCEPT the ones whose religious values prevent the recognition of LGBTQ family adoption? It would be "discriminatory" to single out agencies based on religious beliefs not to mention completely unconstitutional on 1st Amendment grounds.

Are you out to punish these agencies for their religious beliefs, the children they provide care for or both?
