NO RUSSIAN COLLUSION
As we know there is no law against collusion. However, the legal equivalent is conspiracy, an agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime at some time in the future or with the intent of promoting or facilitating its commission. Now that is a federal crime, Sec 903, Title 18. If Trump ordered, encouraged or helped in anyway a person to commit a federal crime, he would be guilty of conspiracy. For example, if he suggest a false statement for a person testifying before congress or a grand jury, or encourage a violation of election law, etc..
