Tell me . . .

Have you read any of the links I posted?
Yes I did, even where it indicated that about half of India's support program funds were wasted or stolen. Perhaps the problem you are having with me is that you have confused me for one of the standard nit-wits you are used to arguing with.

Right, because that money ends up going to their own version of "corporate welfare" where again, the rich take from the poor to enrich themselves even poor. Really, the state of affairs with the attitudes of people towards the poor is just disgusting, shameful and embarrassing.

What's your definition of " corporate welfare" please

Money in the form of "subsidies" that comes out of taxpayer dollars.

You might want to footnote that, because many social safety net programs are subsidies. I mean I understand what you are trying to say, just polish your delivery and be more accurate.

Some don't care about the poor. That much is obvious. The way they see it is if they can't do anything for me, then I don't want to help them and just let them die for all I care. That is how many see the poor, just as they always have. "I've got mine . . . "

I'll tell you how I see the poor......at my grocery store.

Yep, there they are again, like almost every week. Mom and four kids getting in the checkout line.

They load the belt with all kinds of food, and then comes the flowers, the huge bags of dog food and cat litter, dozens of cans of cat food, the wine or beer, the greeting cards and chocolate cakes. Once they approach the cashier, they ask her to walk to the customer service counter and fetch them a carton of cigarettes that cost about $60.00 here.

They use my tax dollars to pay for their food, but then pull out that roll of cash to pay for all the other recreational items.

I don't buy many items at the store, so every now and then I catch up to them before they waddle their fat ass out to the car. They get into vehicles I wish I could afford; not only price wise, but gasoline wise. In disgust I get into my Toyota Camry that gets around 30 miles to the gallon and angrily drive home.

That's how I see the poor, and I see it all the time.

Oh please. That is NOT the usual. Where do you think this particular person get that wad of cash? You don't get that much for welfare. It's not like it's some luxurious lifestyle. *eye roll*

We've tried the "trickle down" theory during the George W. years. Didn't work. Time for a new approach and some fresh ideas. Otherwise, you are going to have some very ANGRY people, and both parties will suffer for it.
...and he was and is a progressive career politician
We've had many socialist entitlement programs for many, many decades now - things have only gotten worse because of the socialism in our government… LOL
U.S. National Debt Clock : Real Time

Honestly, what do you think things would be like if we had no social services to help the poor? I mean really think about it. Things have gotten worse because of stagnant wages and people losing their power to negotiate with employers because of share holders, etc.
Punish the successful?
The career politicians and their federal government enable bad corporate behavior, in fact they encourage it.

Punish the successful? How so?

Them paying taxes and not being able to circumvent paying their fair share is not "punishing" them. They should be contributing to the economy and the people who allow them to have a business to begin with.

You do know they don't get cash right?

People on welfare gets cash.

Are you talking about say the state of Texas has a tax rate and says to a company in Illinois you don't have to pay that for x amount of years if you move here. ?

Is that a subsidiary?

Are you talking about the US government give 20 grand a year in welfare benefits to a person who don't have a job

Then says Kmart moves in and offers that person a job for 15 grand a year and the government kicks in another 5 grand

Who does that subsidize ? The company or US government?

Hell Wal-Mart just saved the US government 15 grand a year for one person

The only things I agree with the republican party on are immigration and 2nd amendment issues. I agree with the democrat party when it comes to social issues (except perhaps the tranny bathroom fiasco).
2nd amendment rights trumps all other issues for me, everything else plays second fiddle...

Trump, because if he becomes President, the price of Bunnies and Bunny food will go down, then I will be able to afford three bunnies !!!

I'm getting angry.......again. what society can last taking its best and brightest graduates and either work them to death or send off to war to die. Tax to max so they can't afford cost of Children of their own.

All the while paying the least productive to breed, rewarded with bigger checks to breed more. LBJ set it up well, Demwitts ride the wave, 50 years into it.

So you telling me you want slavery, company's can't move..they have to stay were their at, can't vote just accept what taxes liberals impose on them, no matter if they can afford it or not..because you say they can afford it

Slavery? Paying your fair share of taxes is not slavery. ESPECIALLY when we are talking about multi billion dollar businesses. Give me a break. You pity them for having to pay taxes, but you want to throw the poor away like so much trash. Rotten to the core. I picture Scrooge when I see your posts.

Some people are poor because they have a disease. They got cancer or whatever, lost their job because they can no longer work, and have outrageous medical expenses.
Shit happens, if people want to get involved in helping others out - fine. If someone doesn't want anything to do with helping out the so called "poor" - fine.
Everyday we are losing more and more of our personal freedoms do to political correctness, the country is sick with the cancer of socialism and it does not even know it. Lol

Okay, I am going to edit my OP because apparently question number two is confusing some people. :)
It was lol
I agree with a lot of what he said in the beginning trade, his healthcare, him not giving a fuck and not being establishment. I appreciated his anti illegal stance but I don't think a wall is the answer. His platform on his web page isn't bad at all though.

I also agree with several of his stances on the issues. I just can't bring myself to vote for such a dick.

Don't you know by now that there is a Leftist in the world capable of staying on topic. Especially if it's something not included in their Cheat Book of prepared responses.

And nobody expects that. That would be hyperbole. They should get food, shelter and healthcare.

That is hyperbole, because no one is stopping you from feeding the poor and giving them shelter or healthcare. The fact you may feel better spending someone else's money doing so, is something all together different and disingenuous.

The fact is that charitable donations are not enough. People are too greedy.
So force people to do what other people think is right?
Freedom is beginning to be nonexistent in this country. LOL

The average (I believe) that a person gets from welfare is about $300 per month! They then add on about 50-100 per child. What???? What makes you people think these people would CHOOSE to live like that?
