Nugent was a product of the times, like MANY bands at that time and well into the 80s - band members having sex with underage girls was a matter of practice.
Nugent is no angel, but he is not a monster either. Having sex with a 16-17 year old when your are 30 is seriously flawed, but not monstrous.
