Well Teck got tired of waiting for the great Turd, Justin Turdeau, to enforce the law and stop eco-terrorists from highjacking every major pipeline project.

They spent over one billion in investment, spent hundreds of millions training and donating to indigenous tribes whom would also be employed on these pipelines. But with weak ass Justin in charge, the rule of law and democracy is subverted and eco-terrorists are allowed to bring the industry to a halt.
