One more response from the prosecution to Team Trump's incessant filings that seem to go nowhere.

"Some of Mr. Trump’s demands for discovery were so ambiguous “that it is difficult to decipher what they seek,” the prosecutors wrote, while others, they added, “reflect pure conjecture detached from the facts surrounding this prosecution.”" - It's a great line of reasoning, getting right to the heart of the matter in this particular case.

This is incredible:

They also accused Mr. Trump’s lawyers of seeking to “cast a cloud of suspicion over responsible actions by government officials diligently doing their jobs.”

“Put simply,” prosecutors wrote, “the government here confronted an extraordinary situation: a former president engaging in calculated and persistent obstruction of the collection of presidential records, which, as a matter of law, belong to the United States for the benefit of history and posterity, and, as a matter of fact, here included a trove of highly classified documents containing some of the nation’s most sensitive information.

Are you insane or just mildly delusional? Biden is like Nero burning this country down with his insane policies but YOU are like a Dem Lib worried about deck chairs on the sinking ship USS Biden. Biden is the over riding issue. Biden is the problem. I don't care about Trump. Biden IS the problem here. Undeniably. He has huge issues that eclipses anything Trump has done. Biden's failed 1988 presidential bid because He lied and plagiarized. FACT. Ashly Bidens Diary. Hunter Bidens laptop. Biden/Ukraine thing, Biden got millions from China but wont reveal WHY. Biden has had two mind altering animisms. Trump not so much. Mic drop.

It appears the the prosecution has been whipping this same old dead horse for quite some time now.

Yet, the prosecution will certainly be effective at winning a conviction. Not because it will prove the case but because the jury/judge will be a rubber stamp based on politics. Fortunately, none of it will harm Trump and will likely continue boosting his support for November. The remaining question will be whether they are desperate enough to try to imprison him to keep him from campaigning or serving. IF they try it, expect the country to burn.

Oh no! Imagine that. A defendant (corruptly charged by a partisan political persecutor with absurd charges) having the unmitigated audacity to suggest that partisan political persecution isn’t being pursued on the up and up!

He is clearly right. The persecutors are full of self serving shit.

The Dainty,

Just because some persecutor makes a claim doesn’t mean it carries any weight. Nor should it, you simp.

Trying to turn this into an attack on Biden is ridiculous.

Here is what it's about: "The office of the special counsel, Jack Smith, pushed back on the former president’s assertions that his prosecution was motivated by animosity toward him in intelligence agencies."

So I ask, wtf are you going on about here?
