The task force did recommend at least sixteen policy recommendations. it did not conclude that it cost the other candidate the election.
The issue was more about voter right to vote on the state and local levels.
if the current president is running for reelection is that a conflict of interest
still it happens on the time, people do run for another government office while still occupying an old government office.
