talking of Turkey, what do you think of?

I used to be very fond of Turkey and I travelled there quite a lot. I still like the Turks (even the Gastarbeiter in Wedding were good people) but the Kurds are everywhere now and I don't like it any more. They are very rude and have no respect for anyone.

first of all I say Thanksgiving, before others say it! 😎

and what else do you think of? 😊

Turkey Sandwiches the next day. Gail likes her sandwiches made a certain way. Turkey next to the mayo, dressing next to cranberry sauce. Lightly toasted sourdough bread and hot coffee.

There is something VERY STRANGE here in town:

For some reason, I've grown tired of turkey. My tastes changed a few years ago. Just don't care for it anymore. Much prefer chicken or ham.
As for the country, I was fortunate enough to visit there several years ago. Ephesus was like a religious experience for me. Simply stunning. A beautiful place to visit.
Istanbul was very interesting although I was accosted by poor children begging for money. Pretty sad.

I never liked turkey. The stuffing is the only thing good about it.
Much prefer chicken ....
Now you're talkin'!

😊 I used to go to Turkye every year. I like the Turks. But some years ago I noticed there are too many Kurds who I do not like, so I started going to the Black Sea of Bulgaria every year instead. When I retired I started going to Bulgaria twice a year. Now, being retired and divorced I think I'll make it twice a year to Bulgaria and once a year back to Turkye. I'll just have to learn how to spot the Kurds and keep my distance from them. πŸ‘
