I dont think you understand what a scam is.

People are well aware of what the cologne he's selling costs. They are also able (I assume) to google what other colognes cost typically. They can then decide whether they want to purchase this particular cologne at the offered price or not. Since it's already sold out I can only assume they don't care what it costs. That's not a scam.
