1. Introduce English as an official language, alongside Japanese and Portuguese.
2. Change the name to Formosa.
3. Issue 500,000 to 1 million passports to foreigners.
4. Switch Formosa's Mandarin Chinese character writing to Latin script.
5. Change the national flag.

If these steps are taken, the CCP may even forget the name Formosa, and the world will recognize Formosa as an independent state.
