Syrian army declares ceasefire over
Russia blames the US for the failure. The alleged moderates did not leave the terrorists but the terrorists (including "moderates") used the ceasefire to improve their positions. The terrorists violated the ceasfire 300 times, dozens of soldiers and civilians were killed.
