An Aleppo bombing in Syria today killed 87 including children, when explosives hit a hospital and a blood bank and targets near schools.

Was it the development of urbanization-related traffic that led to the inception of 'mass-transit area' bombings?

Remember the LA Riots of 1992 or the Oklahoma City Bombing?

The recent Boston Marathon Bombing has people talking about how traffic and transit hub bombings and terrorism has created a new kind of 'mass arsonist-psychology.'

I'm a big fan of comic books, and when I read my favorite stories of the Spider-Man (Marvel Comics) nemesis Electro (a mutant who can shoot turbulent electric sparks) creating urban terror, I start thinking about how new age 'terror' is related to population dementia.

Where is our 'administrative skin'?
