Swalwell accuses Clay Travis of jury tampering

Oops, wrong again. It sure does. You should read up on topics before commenting. Less embarrassment that way.
So should you...

"However, in no
event shall the period of limitation be extended by more than five years
beyond the period otherwise applicable under subdivision two."

Clay Travis isn't a Trump attorney, he's a radio blabbermouth.

It is an attempt at jury tampering.

By a lawyer who knows better. He could be in trouble.
No kidding, did he attempt to discredit any potential jurors, did he bribe or intimidate any jurors? Or is this just you wanting to redefine what jury tampering is?

Your sealion questions don't matter to me. Yes, instructing jurors to commit felonies and break their oaths and render false verdicts is tampering.

You left this part out...

And it wasn't. The crimes are charged for late 2016 and into 2017. In general the SOL in NY for felonies, IIRC is 5-8 years. The tolling can extend that for up to 5 years. So the SOL range for someone that leaves the state is actually 10-13 years.

2024 - 2016 is 8 years so they are within the normal SOL depending on specific felony and well within the 10 years with the 5 year extension.

You know the SOL issue was already filed in a motion and was dismissed as not applicable because of tolling. Right?
