You misunderstood that part. You left this part out...
"However, in no
event shall the period of limitation be extended by more than five years
beyond the period otherwise applicable under subdivision two."
On what grounds? You guys always forget to say.A guilty verdict will be overturned.
So should you...Oops, wrong again. It sure does. You should read up on topics before commenting. Less embarrassment that way.
Oops, you made the same mistake again. So should you...

Everything about this case is ridiculous...
No kidding, did he attempt to discredit any potential jurors, did he bribe or intimidate any jurors? Or is this just you wanting to redefine what jury tampering is?It is an attempt at jury tampering.
By a lawyer who knows better. He could be in trouble.
On what basis?A guilty verdict will be overturned.
Your sealion questions don't matter to me. Yes, instructing jurors to commit felonies and break their oaths and render false verdicts is tampering. No kidding, did he attempt to discredit any potential jurors, did he bribe or intimidate any jurors? Or is this just you wanting to redefine what jury tampering is?
Add seven years to 2015 and tell us what you get.You misunderstood that part.
Add five years to the period of limitation.
Then read it again.

No evidence of a Federal felony. The misdemeanor charges expired. Just for starters. On what basis?
The charges are from 2015.And it wasn't. The crimes are charged for late 2016 and into 2017. In general the SOL in NY for felonies, IIRC is 5-8 years. The tolling can extend that for up to 5 years. So the SOL range for someone that leaves the state is actually 10-13 years.
2024 - 2016 is 8 years so they are within the normal SOL depending on specific felony and well within the 10 years with the 5 year extension.
You know the SOL issue was already filed in a motion and was dismissed as not applicable because of tolling. Right?

Except for the ones his personal attorney went to prison for, with Trump named as an unindicted co-conspirator.No evidence of a Federal felony.
