Swalwell accuses Clay Travis of jury tampering

Here, I'll "tamper".....

To anyone selected to the jury.....Jury nullification is patriotic when the law is unjust.
So you support Dishonesty,
telling lies. a true MAGA.
You want what you want, and are willing to do what ever it takes.
winning is more important than being honest.

No the jury hasn't been seated.

This was the first day in a process expected to take 1-2 weeks.

CASES, LAWYERS, who really knows any more. Are all the honest people hiding, or just none left?

They're only felonies if Bragg can prove there was a Federal felony. There was no Federal felony.
Oops, wrong again. That's a fact in the public record.

Bragg doesn't have to prove it. He can literally just state that it happened as a fact to be entered into the record.

If a defense attorney tries to state that the felony didn't happen, he will be silenced by the judge and his comments stricken from the record. Then the judge will warn him not to do it again.

FPOTUS#45 doesn't need to be charged with a federal felony.

He's charged with falsification of business records, a state crime with a felony enhancement for the commission of another crimes or -->> and this is the important part <<-- hiding or aiding in the commission of a crime be someone else.

The someone else in this case is his former attorney Michael Cohen.

Another stupid sealion question.

If I say “Trump is innocent and the jury should acquit Trump“ (like I just did), are you saying I tampered with the jury?

The judge should dismiss the case. Did I just try to sway the judge?
