The huge difference is that when the license plate or VIN number is run it would raise no red flags because it would come back as a 2015 Elantra, not the 2011-2013 Elantra that the police very specifically and repeatedly said they were looking for.

I don't think that has anything to do with OCD. Generally people who say they are vegans are simply virtue signaling. People with no actual virtues whatsoever tend to virtue signal. Virtuous people have no need to virtue signal.

Also, I think the whole thing with making family members buy new pots and pans is simply a manipulative control freak type of thing. Some weirdos just get off on that. It probably makes him feel dominant and powerful.

Seriously, if I was cooking a meal for one of my nephews and they said they wouldn't eat it unless I bought new pans, I'd simply tell them to fuck off and go eat somewhere else.
