EXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) - Secretary of State Michael Adams announced that December saw a significant shift in party affiliation of registered voters.
Voter registration for the republican party has gone up to over 56,000 voters. It was also the first time in eight months voter registration increased across the state.
