From the answers some of the Justices were giving it does seem they may be leaning towards siding with Elauf. That is pure speculation at this point though since the SC hasn't actually ruled yet. Either way it is an interesting case and I look forward to the court's decision.

It's actually not the best example for this kind of case. Shoulda been a Hooters applicant. Something with an actual 'uniform' dresscode where hijab or other religious attire would clash.
