Supreme Court rejects Utah brothers’ lawsuit seeking to return Donald Trump to the White House

Three Utah brothers seeking to overturn the results of the 2020 election and return Donald Trump to the White House will not have their longshot lawsuit heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.

The litigation, Brunson v. Adams et. al., claimed nearly 400 members of Congress violated their oaths of office by not investigating claims of voter fraud in the 2020 election and voting to certify Joe Biden’s win.

Raland Brunson, the lead plaintiff in the suit, along with brothers Loy and Deron, asked for those members of Congress, along with President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, to be removed from office and barred from ever running again. Similarly, former Vice President Mike Pence would also be banned from holding another elective office.

In an order published Monday, the Supreme Court said it would not hear the Utahn’s case.

And now we have another lawsuit filed

Bullshit. You are such a turd.

Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States are scheduled to meet in conference on January 6, 2023, to determine the lawful disposition of the case Raland Brunson (and others) v. Adams (and others), No. 22-380. Raland Brunson and two brothers allege that the named respondents (Vice President Pence plus certain members of the House and Senate) were officially responsible for lawful counting of electoral votes to determine the duly elected candidate for president of the United States in the national election held November 8, 2020.

Violating their oath of office is the complaint, bigger turd.

The coup was well planned.
Once the unverifiable mail in ballot started being counted there was no legal means to stop it.
However this lawsuit was not intended to return President Trump to his rightful position it was intended to illustrate and hold congress somewhat accountable for its dereliction of Constitutional authority.

Accountability is a thing of the past though.
True Accountability is dead.
We buried Accountability.
The Constitution gives the authority to run their election to the states and does not provide a mechanism for a partisan Congress to reject the certified election results from any state, by design.

Lol 😂 this is hysterically funny.

The illegality was at the state level.
I've explained this to you before.
You are unwilling to understand the truth.

So, you make an argument that you don't seem to actually believe in.

The end.

Because none of those things secure automatic and perpetual power for Democrats.
My point is, we must find ways to accomplish that list to ensure automatic and perpetual power of the American people as the Constitution requires.

Your suggestion that it can be accomplished via violence just doesn't fly in the face of history and experience.
No coup ever happened? You know that's not reality, right?

I know for a fact that no coup was attempted. There was no insurrection. There was a riot that may or may not have been instigated by over zealous Patriots--there is reason to believe even some in our government may have promoted that riot--but I am 100% certain there was no intent to overthrow the government. There very likely was some intent to undermine the scheduled and legally authorized protest and especially President Trump.

what is a 'partisan Congress' and how would a Congress look to be non partisan?

They overthrew a wildly successful and popular President.
You expecting anything else is absurd.
Okay now you are being absurd. I will never agree that doing violence, violating people's right, and other evil the left does is the answer to any problem we face. We may have to learn to operate more effectively within the processes and rules the left has set up until we have enough power to change them, but doing the evil they do is not the answer for us.

The planned protest on Jan 6 was an honorable thing. The riot a few instigated was not. Those who participated in it served the Patriot cause and President Trump miserably. And I am quite open to believe that undermining the Patriot cause and President Trump by instigating violence was deliberate on the part of at least some.
