Here is the UK homicide rate over a period of decades.
As you can see, it was rising until the gun ban, and has been falling ever since.
The US is not the UK.
I'm not the one who brought up the UK. Nice try!
Speaking of the US, notice the homicide rate has been declining since the passage of the Brady Bill in 1993:
wrong....there were 2 million people carrying concealed weapons in the 1990s....in 2007 there were 4.7 million carrying guns for self defense, and in 2016...there are now 13million Americans carrying guns for self defense...and the gun murder rate, the violent crime rate and the gun crime rate all went down....showing that you are talking out of your ass when it comes to guns.....
And we went from 320,000,000 million guns in 2013 to 357,000,000 guns in private hands in 2016....and our gun murder rate went down..
Nothing you guys say about the gun issue is accurate or factual.
I already posted the proof that less Americans own guns, dummy. You're too late, and looking stupid.
If ten out of twenty people own guns, and those ten people own 40 guns, that is a 50 percent ownership rate, with 2 guns per capita.
If you fast forward 40 years and five out of twenty people own guns, and those five people own 80 guns, that is a 25 percent ownership rate, with 4 guns per capita. You have had a 50 percent decline in gun ownership, but those who own guns just own more of them.
Less people own guns. That's a fact. Just because you own ten guns instead of two doesn't mean gun ownership has risen. It just means the people who do own guns own more of them.
But the number of people in a crowd owning a gun is much lower than before.
Fact.
