You can get a fully automatic weapon but you have to get a special license from the government. I know you guys believe that the court should rule over this country but it is actually a state's right to have laws regulating as much firearms as they want. It is under the tenth amendment, the limited powers of the federal, and the fact that no where in the constitution does it say a state can't ban a firearm if it chose to. The decision was correct.

If you and your ilk used the other half of your brain, you too could figure out that a state's ban will NOT work as long as we have open highways interlacing ALL of our states....Washington DC, for example, can enact all the bans through ordinances that it may wish, but a car load of guns from Virginia renders those bans meaningless.
